By visiting our website, submitting the Health Assessment Form, scheduling a consultation, or purchasing any of our nutrition guidance programs (Weight Loss, Weight Gain, Kids Nutrition, Healthy Lifestyle), you affirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or are accessing services with explicit parental/guardian consent and involvement.
• You have the legal authority and mental capacity to enter into this agreement.
• You will use our services strictly for personal, non-commercial health improvement.

Gracy Rani is a certified nutritionist and lifestyle health consultant. The services provided through VIN Nutrition and Health Center encompass:

Nutrition guidance is intended to support wellness and is never an alternative to emergency medical intervention or primary care physician treatment.

The efficacy and safety of your nutrition plan depends directly on the accuracy of the health information you provide. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, comprehensive, and updated details about your current weight, health history, prescription medications, food allergies, and pre-existing medical conditions.
• Notify Gracy Rani immediately if you experience dizziness, unusual physical discomfort, or discover a pregnancy during any program.
• Seek clearance from your medical physician before commencing our programs if you suffer from severe diabetes, kidney conditions, cardiac ailments, or thyroid disorders.

All consultation fees, personalized diet plan charges, and program packages are communicated clearly prior to confirmation. Please review our policy:

• Payment Terms: Fees must be settled via accepted digital payment methods (UPI, Bank Transfer, or authorized gateways) prior to the commencement of personal consultation or preparation of customized meal charts.
• Custom Work & Non-Refundability: Because personalized meal charts and dietary schedules are custom-crafted specifically for each individual's metabolic needs and lifestyle, fees paid for delivered diet plans or completed consultations are strictly non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: Consultation appointments may be rescheduled up to 4 hours in advance by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone call.

All content appearing on this website and delivered during consultations — including but not limited to custom diet charts, nutritional guides, recipe e-books, branding, logos, graphics, and text — are the intellectual property of VIN Nutrition and Health Center and Gracy Rani.

Diet charts are licensed exclusively for your individual personal use. You may NOT publish, republish, resell, redistribute, commercialize, or share these customized plans with other individuals without prior written authorization.

You agree to interact respectfully with our team and website. You must not:

• Submit fraudulent, false, misleading, or abusive assessment questionnaires.
• Attempt to bypass website security or inject malicious scripts or viruses.
• Use abusive, defamatory, or threatening language toward Nutritionist Gracy Rani or support representatives across phone or WhatsApp.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, VIN Nutrition and Health Center, Gracy Rani, and affiliated contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our dietary guidance, website, or inability to achieve specific personal weight goals.

Our total cumulative liability for any verified claim arising from a direct paid consultation shall not exceed the actual fee paid by you for that specific consultation.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the state of Tamil Nadu, India.
